Welcome to Longshot Coffee Roasters! We provide fresh, high-quality coffee beans delivered straight to your door. Please review our policies below.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online 24/7 and must be paid in full before processing.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

  • Orders must be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days, with shipping times varying by location and method.

  • A tracking number is provided upon shipment; we are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on coffee beans due to their perishable nature.

  • For incorrect or damaged orders, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

  • Non-coffee items may be returned within 7 days in unused condition; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Subscription Policy

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

  • Modifications or cancellations can be made via account settings at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Quality Guarantee

  • We roast coffee in small batches for optimal freshness.

  • If unsatisfied, contact us at info@longshotroasters.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
